Returns & Refunds
  • Sign in to your YEHWALA Account, select My Orders.

  • Select the order you wish to return and click on the Manage Order button.

  • Click on Return Items.

  • Fill in the Return Form. The available return options (pickup/drop-off) will be displayed in this form.

  • Pack your YEHWALA parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you and secure the Return Label on top of the return package.

  • Head to your nearest drop-off point or wait for collection by our pick-up service.

  • Make sure you have printed and pasted your Return Label on your parcel at the time of dropping it off at TCS Centers.
    You can get to your order return label as soon as you have filled the Online Return Form and logged your return request.

Returns Policy

  1. If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the relevant category below.
  2. Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is”No longer needed”
  3. For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable). For more information on warranty claims please view our Warranty Policy

Returns Policy per Category

Please note that certain items marked as non-returnable on product page are not eligible for return. For more information view the complete list of non-returnable items.

Please note that this policy does not apply to “Overseas Products”,
“Click Here” to view the policy for Overseas Products.

Valid reasons to return an item

  1. Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
  2. Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)
  3. Delivered Product is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package) – eligible for selected products only

Issuance of Refunds

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. The refund time starts once the quality check is completed. (For quality check timelines refere table below)

Modes of RefundDescription
YEHWALA  WalletThe YEHWALA Wallet needs to be activated in order to access the refund amount. Refunds can also be withdrawn to a bank account from within the YEHWALA Wallet. All orders paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa Shop (OTC) or JazzCash Mobile Account will only be refunded to the YEHWALA Wallet.
Refund VoucherVouchers will be sent to the customer registered email ID on YEHWALA  and can be redeemed against the same email ID.
Debit Card or Credit CardIf the refunded amount is not reflecting in your card statement after the refund is completed and you have received a notification by YEHWALA, please contact your personal bank.
Easypaisa WalletIf the refunded amount is not reflecting in your Easypaisa Wallet statement after refund is completed: i) Please dial 3737 from your Easypaisa number or 051-111-345-100 from any other number to contact the Easypaisa helpcenter.
Bank DepositThe bank account details provided must be correct and the account must be active and should hold some balance. Do not provide account details of Basic Bank Account (BBA), National Bank and Khyber bank as refunds cannot be processed for these options. IBAN number will be needed to refund the amount.

Important Note: The Voucher discount code can only be applied once. The leftover amount will not be refunded or used for next purchase even if the value of order is smaller than voucher value.
