Shipping Policy

We are delighted that you chose us as your preferred online shop. Our goal is to ensure that your shopping experience, including checkout and shipment, is as seamless as possible. Please review our detailed shipping policy below if you have any questions.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be shipped after the payment has been processed, within 13 business days of receipt. Business days exclude public holidays and weekends.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays shall be shipped on the next business day.

Should your order require verification, please expect a delay in processing.

You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been shipped, including tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer various shipping methods to accommodate different customer requirements. The cost of shipment is usually determined by the customer’s location, the type of shipping chosen, and the weight of the items listed in the shopping cart.

Here are the methods of shipment that are available:

Standard Shipping – The orders are expected to arrive within 57 days.

Overnight Shipping – For orders placed before noon local time, expect delivery the next day.

International Shipping – Delivery times differ from one country to another and also on local customs clearance.

Adopters can select the most suitable shipping method at the checkout. The respective costs will be clearly shown before the order is completed.

3. Free Delivery

All domestic [country/region] orders exceeding $XX in value will automatically qualify for free standard delivery at mkact.com. This option will be selected by default at checkout.

4. Tracking an Order

Tracking information will be shared via email once an order is shipped out, highly anticipated by the customers.

At times, updated order tracking may not reflect instantly and could take up to a day.  Be sure to check back later. 

5. Shipping Restrictions

We will try our best to accommodate location requests,s but there are a few areas we cannot ship to currently: 

 International, overseas and rural addresses are not allowed shipping. 

 P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO are restricted as well. 

 Certain bulk items may not fall into expedited shipment categories. 

 International restrictions on electronics could apply depending on local laws. 

Active duty areas may have limited transportation resources, which could increase delivery times. 

6. Address Accuracy 

If you supplied the wrong shipping address, Double-Check the information to prevent shipment delays. We are not accountable for shipping delays caused by this issue. 

 Make sure the street address is correctly filled along with the apartment/suite number. 

 Confirm if the city, province or state, and postal code are correct 

 For international orders, the country has to be selected. 

Due to company policies, once the order is placed and processed, the address cannot be changed.

7. Damage or Lost Goods

We pay the utmost attention to packing and sending our customers’ parcels. If a shipment is damaged or missing upon receipt, please report it to our support team during the first week of delivery (or after the expected date).

We will:

Lodge a claim with the respective carrier if the item was damaged or lost in the course of transit.

Issue either a refund or replacement upon assessment of stock availability and surrounding factors of each situation.

Please send photos of any damage or any further details regarding the shipment that was lost so that we can rectify the matter promptly.

8. Items Shipped Out But Not Received

We remain alert to the fact that there may be unavoidable circumstances that could impede our ability to ship the items out in a timely manner, for example:

Increased volumes of orders (during promotional periods or holidays)

Mother nature (storms, catastrophes, etc.)

Delays caused by the carrier’s side because of strikes, transport issues, or logistics matters

Customs (for overseas shipments)

We will keep you informed of any relevant changes. Rest assured, our delivery estimates are precise, but we do not commit to a specific delivery date.

9. Returns and exchange

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. I haven’t received my order yet. What could have happened?

 

If the delivery time has elapsed and your order has yet to be received, it is wise to refer to the tracking information sent to your email. This will provide you with the most recent updates regarding your order. Additionally, the carrier’s website will offer direct tracking services, which can be beneficial.

If information isn’t refreshed or there is an unaddressed suspicion of delivery, annoy, fret and holler for help from our customer service team; we will work with you to locate your order.

2. Are you open on public holidays and do you serve your customers during those festive days?

We do not normally process or ship orders during public holidays, and our couriers also provide minimal service during this time. However, deliveries will sometimes take place on a day just before public holidays, and these orders may be subject to longer shipping periods and slow delivery times.

At checkout, customers are usually able to view the expected delivery date; however, public holidays should be anticipated and considered, as they can indeed lead to delays.

  1. If I reside at the postcode you sent me, can I receive my order from you? 

I’m hesitant to share my postcode for your comfort, but most areas of [Country/Region] are serviced. If your area is not one of them, you can find out by manually signing up for an email. It’s also recommended that you fill in your shipping details at checkout, as this will reflect the available delivery options.

If we cannot fulfill the request to deliver to the given postal code, please contact the customer support team for help and possible alternatives. 

4. Are there any other restrictions that will impact the next-day delivery of my order? 

Next-day delivery, as the name suggests, is meant to deliver the order on the day after the placement of the order. However, there are some exceptions to the next-day delivery service: 

Time frame: To receive next-day delivery, the order must be placed before local time [noon] or at a mutually agreed-upon time. 

Merchandise: There are chances that some of the products, especially those that are large or take significant space, may not get shipped out the next day. 

Place: While everyone wants the next-day, it is understandable that not all geographical regions provide or are able can extend this service an order; you will get notified if the next-day delivery option is available or not. 

5. Am I required to be there to sign for the delivery? 

Most deliveries do not require you to be present at the given address. However, there are exceptions to this rule for some items, such as high-end goods, which require a signature to ensure that the items reach the right person. 

 

You can find information about how your order should be shipped at the checkout or in the email you received regarding the shipment. The email indicates whether the order requires a signature or not. Suppose a signature is unable to be provided. In that case, the courier will typically leave a delivery notice and try to deliver it again sometime in the future or give you the option to collect it from the courier’s distributor.
